02 / THE IDEA
It is, “What is actually happening here, and what would be most useful to explore?”
Human beings do not arrive in neatly separated categories. An injury can interact with sleep, stress, physiology, training history, and the way we experience life. Those relationships matter, but they do not mean every problem has one cause.
Each session begins with the person in front of me. The work then draws from relevant disciplines, without a predetermined protocol or the requirement to use every tool.
Understand the approachTHE PHYSICAL FOUNDATION
Pain, movement, strength, and recovery are practical starting points. We consider what you are experiencing, how you move, and what you want to return to, then select care around those priorities.
The nervous system matters within this picture, alongside tissues, physiology, training, sleep, and the wider context of your life.

01 / ASSESS & MOVE
When appropriate, electrical stimulation is paired with selected movements. Your comfort, movement, and response help guide the activity and the next step.
Explore NEUBIE & rehabilitation02 / TREAT & OBSERVE
Fine-needle treatment may form part of care for pain and physical tension. Your history and response guide its use within the session.

Movement, strength work, and relevant recovery habits give the work continuity. You leave with individualized observations and practical next steps.

A one-to-one session is guided personally by Wesley, with relevant tools selected along the way. Afterward, the observations and next steps are synthesized into a thoughtful, individualized integration.
Explore session optionsYour history, goals, current concerns, and lived experience shape the direction of the work.
Appropriate clinical techniques, movement, physiological thinking, and experiential approaches are integrated as needed.
Relevant observations and practical next steps may address rehabilitation, strength, recovery, lifestyle, reflection, or emotional insights.
FROM UNDERSTANDING TO LIVED EXPERIENCE
You may understand a pattern and still feel it arise: tension, overthinking, shutting down, or the need to please, perform, or stay in control.
Together, we explore how physical sensations, emotions, thoughts, and protective responses relate to what you are experiencing. Rather than judging these patterns, the work approaches them with curiosity and respect for how they may have helped you navigate life.
Guided by your needs and comfort, sessions may bring together physical care, conversation, and attention to present experience, supporting greater awareness, emotional integration, and more choice in how you respond.

A PERSONAL PERSPECTIVE
These photographs mark December 2022 and December 2024, two points in a much longer journey through physical health challenges and unresolved trauma.
The years between them brought a sense of emotional wholeness and inner freedom I once could not imagine, while physical healing continued to unfold.
Along the way, setbacks and approaches that did not help taught me to question assumptions, listen closely, and respect the complexity of healing.
That lived experience informs the empathy and curiosity I bring to each session. This is my personal story; each person’s path is their own.
